This weekend we took a trip up to Massachusetts, hitting the city for endless tapas, old friends and 90s sing-a-longs, and also to non-city for nights in by the fire and my first whole lobstah. What a wonderful escape from the big apple and a new perspective on a state I’ve always loved…
Holiday weekends call for epic breakfasts, endless cups of tea, and good conversation.
Wine. Cherries. Hummus. The waterfront. Cowboys and Aliens. (Yeah its been that kind of week…) There are those hump day faces!
Thank you Hudson River Park for another fabulous summer evening…
A night on the river–Bridesmaids in the park with the girls!
Leisurely morning at our apartment followed by a lovely and lively long brunch. Reading, crossing off To Dos, cherries on sale at the bodega. 85 degrees, sunny, breezy. And the sunset in Prospect Park.
Sunday you’ve been good to me.
A long hard day, and still only halfway through. But a fantastic midpoint! (Stay tuned for Comic-Con pictures! You may not believe it, but the convention center is actually where I’ve been most of the week…)
A couple days of hard work rewarded with a couple hours—I’ll take it!
